Sierra Nevada Tasting Update

So Chef Cres and I have been working on some tasty treats for our Sierra Nevada Tasting on Wednesday April 22nd. We will have our normal tasting flight of the featured brewery and keep the glass promotion and will have a special menu starting at 5:00.

Salmon Tartare Crostini - Sashimi grade salmon tossed in sesame seed oil, soy sauce and wasabi on sourdough toast.
Pairing suggestion: Sierra Summerfest Lager

Roasted Beet Salad - House roasted beets, goat cheese, and crystal wheat carbonated citrus wedges tossed in a citrus tarrogon vinegrette.
Pairing Suggestion: Sierra Crystal Wheat Ale

Steak Crostini - Thin sliced steak with a sourcream horseraddish sauce and chives.
Pairing suggestion: Sierra India Pale Ale or 2009 Sierra Bigfoot Barleywine

All designed to be ala carte, three crostinis to a plate to encourage sampling and pairing with the featured beers.

Cheers!
